Today is Tuesday. It is Chuseok! I ate many kinds of food. Mom usually make many foods in Korean traditional holiday, so we can enjoy it. I've already eaten pan fried foods, rice cakes, fruits, etc. Yesterday, I made a cheese cake with my sisters. Main cook was my third sister Yeon-hyeon. My eldest sister Gyung-hee and me was assistants. We love cheese cake. We were making it at first time. Everything was interesting for us. We made very hardly. We need some stuffs to make it. It needs are cream cheese 200g, sugar 60g, an egg(albumen), lemon juice 1ts, whipping cream 100g, flour 30g. We followed the recipe, but making whipping cream is really difficult for us because we don't have any whipping machine. We just stirred it only our hands. We quickly exhausted because of this action. Anyway, we were finish to make cheese cake. We were very happy after saw the cake. It let cool after we can eat deliciously. It was really good taste although making first time. We sacrificed about our making. Yeon-hyeon will make another cheese cake to give her boyfriend's mother. Then, it will better than now!
